The room was clean and all staff we interacted with were very helpful and respectful. Also, the breakfast was about all you could need from a breakfast. The location is perfect if you want to explore the cute area around the diamond. I am only taking a star off because the property is a bit outdated and felt quite dusty - my allergies were struggling during my stay.

Room was just ok in terms of cleanliness and could really use an update. The evening staff were rude and unhelpful when I had a problem turning lights off! The light switches were in an obscure location and when I was unable to locate the switch, the night clerk was rude and even hung up on me. Not a very nice experience.
(Also, pillows were very hard and uncomfortable and the room was quite warm.)

Needs paint, web site showed amenities that were not there. No hot water at breakfast. Broken microwave at breakfast that had been there awhile and Management new about. Animal next door barking. Did not understand most of employees. Overall would not stay again.

We love staying here and have done so multiple times. It's very close to Idylwild Park, and we love being able to walk through historic downtown Ligonier and to the Fort! Such a beautiful historic city.

The hotel was clean and perfect location. It has not been updated in over 20 years which is disappointing for as beautiful a town around the hotel. Staff was very kind.

房间里的马桶每隔一两分钟就会断断续续地溢水。我要求前台修理，因为从我看马桶的情况来看，这种情况没有发生的原因。酒店老板告诉我，只要稍微按住把手，它就会停止！整晚都握着把手？结果马桶就这样流了三天。从来没有修好，当我在退房时抱怨时，前台工作人员只是微笑。老式酒店，管道有问题
我预订了 2 间带 2 张大床和一张折叠沙发床的房间，因为每间房住 5 个人。但我得到的是 2 间带 2 张大床但没有折叠沙发床的房间。房间很干净，工作人员很友好。
干净，办理入住手续也很简单。一切都很早关门，所以晚上很难找到吃的东西。
