The bed in the handicap room was at a good height where you did not need to request a step stool or run and take a running jump. We were both pleased with the room overall. The bed was comfortable as well. Thank you!!

There was no elevator. This made it difficult for me at age 76 to carry my things up and down the stairs.

Also I thought the tub was slippery and there was no grab bar.

This hotel is close to the lake which is very nice. There are several nice restaurants within a 10 minute drive. The hotel is run down and definitely not worth the price but it is the better hotel in the area. Our room had mold in several places. A very nicely located hotel but not nicely priced.

The place itself is nice but the woman at the front desk, on two separate occasions, was a pain. We had a group of people congregating in the lobby at 10:30pm and were there for maybe 5 minutes. She snapped at said it was quiet hours and we dispersed quickly. The next morning, multiple rooms had notes slipped under their door reminding us the lobby is not for congregating and that we were being to loud for the 5 minutes we were down there? Next morning someone else went to ask for more towels at the front desk and they asked how many towels were in the room. Answered four and the person just paused and said “you need more than four towels”? You’re running a hotel, both seem like commonplace to me.

Front desk representative was so efficient and helpful and most importantly so friendly. She was personable and so knowledgeable. She is an asset to your company
