Super 8 Carroll has a freshen look and surroundings. Room was spacious, offered both Direct TV & Roku. Area had a major snowstorm during our visit. Room microwave/refrig made it possible to have meals in our room and avoid getting out in the storm. Beds were good quality. Great pressure in shower. Management worked hard to clear parking lot and made us feel welcome. Offered a varied breakfast and anytime hot cocoa ..lots of attention to small & big details. Will definitely stay when in the area.

This was a very short stay for me so I don't have a lot to say other than the woman who checked me in was very nice and had upgraded my room before I got there. I stayed Thursday night and there were no hot options for breakfast Friday morning. Not sure whether that would be different on a weekend.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. There are a couple of fast food places around the hotel within walking distance. I would stay again if I am ever there.

So there was no pool. It was closed because they didn't have enough chlorine. The ice machine was broken. The sink in our room was broken. The toilet in our room was not secured to the floor properly. The room smelled like musty and mold filled. The bed was nice. We had a two night stay and got enough towels for one day. The first day we didn't get breakfast because there wasn't any until I called and complained.

Upon arrival doors all open, no one at front desk, just a phone number to call. Upon calling number and explaining who I was the obviously sleepy lady swore at me, taking the name of my Lord in vain. She came out without me seeing her, threw the keys under the accordion door at the desk and told me where the stairs we were - did not even check my ID!! Only briefly saw any staff. No one friendly. Breakfast just above terrible. No in room coffee. Carpet in room stained and needing a vacuum. Wanted to do everything by text. Will NOT recommend!

Room wasn't ready after 3. Thy were able to give me another room. Breakfast wasn't ready until almost 7 AM. Will not stay at another Super 8. This is the second bad experience this year.

The staff is friendly & helpful. The breakfast was good but we wished it had later hours, perhaps making it 7-10 am instead of 6-9 am. The ice machine wasn't working which was a big disappointment for a hotel. Overall, we would stay again.
