Restaurant Pinus:Mixed up orders lack of English waiters cold and terrible potatoes however excellent burger. 5 days no pizza in the restaurant. There is 2 doors of restaurant and they close different doors in different timing without notification. We have stayed 5 night no one came for cleaning, you have to carry your ski staff to your building. We stayed J block terrible for 4 kids to walk there. Why they didn’t give closer to reception, no way to understand. Ticket service and ski material rent are in different place. What is the purpose of having different areas for similar service. Ski route is for beginners which is fine but couple of times ski lift has been broken and couldn’t ski from top. All in all good facility with bad management
