唯一就是没有找到有牙刷之类的用品,也不知道是不是都没有的
预定金已好,到店时说和我转了到另外一酒店主因是到店前两天发短信在微信要求护照图片,如没有的话有可能会取消。这个是不合理要求,因预定金不可取消的,为何他可以取消呢。意思是我预定后2千多人民币一定会到店,转酒店来来去去搞了一个小时,新的酒店级别和预定的不一样。所以觉得有欺骗的行为,有肉在砧板上的感觉。到新店要马上付款,定金什么时候转回现在也不知道。不要来,不要来。
房间和其随处位置表面看都还可以,在一个大型公寓的楼里,楼中间有游泳池和一个小饭店,还算方便。但是该酒店式公寓并不由大楼物业运营,有任何问题大楼物业也不管,包括安全隐患。服务就比较一言难尽了,会早上五点打电话问客人要吃什么早饭,明明头一天已经预定。此外连续两个夜间有人半夜来敲门,还不断的敲,投诉到大楼物业和酒店运营方都没用,太可怕了,只好赶快换酒店,携程还不肯退房。
地理位置绝佳。员工非常乐于助人。这里的房间分属不同的业主,我住的那间有点异味,但尚可忍受。网络有问题,这很恼人。负责我房间的服务人员非常细心周到。
