Very nice rooms with nice beds. Staff is very friendly. The management is very accommodating and addresses any problems promptly.

Rooms were very nice. Need improvement on; 1. TV on and off 2. No shower gel in the holder 3. No water and milk in the mini fridge.

Very comfortable stay. Shuttle bus pick up available Check-in can be slow, but this is due to the speed of the internet, which is not just an issue in Kiunga. There are comfortable chairs to sit in / amenities close by and the bar just around the corner to give the reception staff some time. Stairways to climb to rooms. Rooms comfortable bed, great sized bathroom. Small bar fridge, which you will need to turn on on your arrival. Staff is extremely friendly. Meals in restaurants will be limited due to what food is available at the time. Great little shop with bits n pieces / snacks etc. Great coffee !

Classic hotel experience, especially in the Kiunga itself. Had a goodnight sleep with very friendly service. The Hotel manager ensure our needs were met. Highly recommended.
