Clean, specious room with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was decent, better than most similar hotels.

The Place to Stay in Ely
There's not much to say. The facility is clean and well-kept. I guess one thing that stood out--hard, because everything was great--was the complimentary breakfast. At first it looks like your typical self-serve hotel breakfast, but everything was thoroughly good.

This is a beautiful hotel. Clean and looks like new. The front desk personal were very helpful.

New to this town and area, needed a nice place to stay and was very happy we stayed here. Beds were very comfy. Enjoyed the spacious room. Breakfast in the morning was great. Hotel and rooms were clean. Only downside was the AC on our room. Wasn’t working that great. We only stayed one night. The town itself didn’t have many restaurants nearby. Only a few.

房间不错，服务很好，早餐比较丰富。也许是离大盆地国家公园比较近的原因，也许是周末的原因，这里的房价比较贵
空调噪音太大，冰箱也发出流水声。房间很大，卫生也不错，早歺还可以。前台服务挺好的。
各方面不错。很好的体验
我有照片可以上传。房间很脏，窗户老旧得窗帘上都起了雾，还有两只虫子粘在窗帘上，被我丈夫打死了。我们等了很久才办理入住，直到前台终于有人来。早餐也不怎么样。我们在加热鸡蛋和香肠的托盘下面的毛巾上发现了一根长长的黑头发。我们把食物都扔了，然后离开了。房间的窗户大开着，我们进去的时候房间里很热。真后悔把钱浪费在这个地方。
非常失望
很遗憾，这家酒店让我一家人非常失望。泳池加热器坏了“好几个月了”，我的孩子们都兴奋得想游泳。水却冷得像冰一样。我们住了两晚，第一天早上的早餐种类丰富，种类齐全。第二天早上，几乎什么都没有！就好像他们把前一天的东西都漏掉了，现在什么都没有了。而且晚上还有很吵的音乐（低音）。退房的时候我把这些担忧告诉了前台，前台什么也没说。没有道歉，什么也没说。他说：“您要收据吗？再见。”
我们付了92美元的房费，结果到了酒店他们居然要150美元的押金……而且泳池和热水浴缸都坏了！简直荒谬！我们决定不住了，他们也拒绝退款。真是个骗局！
