I’m only giving the 4 stars because the bed was horrific. This was the second time in Morocco that I experienced two twin beds disguised as a queen. One mattress was a rock and the other a big dip! I froze overnight as well even though they had extra blankets. I should have asked for a heater but it was too late in the evening. Otherwise, the room was large with a balcony and seating area. A bit dark inside the room. My eyes aren’t what they used to be! The grounds were gorgeous and I took so many pics. As the sun fell, the pics just got better. They have large pool that’s freezing cold, great for warmer weather. Dinner was delicious and one of the best lemon tajines I’d tasted. The olive oil was so yummy, I ended up asking where I could buy some to take home. This is great place for hikers or anyone needing a rest by the pool.

We stayed one night at Dar Imlil. On arrival Mouna was very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean. View from our window was scenic and wonderful. All the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Chef Hassan is an excellent cook.He prepared dinner which was delicious. Our guide Yassine was very knowledgeable in detail of the area. A pleasant person who did not mind us asking any questions related to the area. We would highly recommend this place to stay.
