Hotel was clean, rooms clean breakfast average.
Not comfortable with bathtub in bathroom even though I requested a walk-in shower.
No active bathroom vent definitely a turn off and not acceptable. Passive vent not effective.

Nice place,large towels, spacious bathroom, nice shower & adequate breakfast. Breakfast had many choice, but most were gluten items, few gluten free choices.

Staff was friendly. Room was sufficient sized and clean. Breakfast was filling and had good variety. Downside was that there was algae in the pool which took away from the kids' experience.

They would not clean the room each night and then wanted to charge me more than my final payment I already had paid on ******* site had to ask for bathing towels each day and had to ask for bar soap eggs were powdered

This hotel is nice and close to Valley Fair, with a few good restaurants a short drive away. Staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was comfortable. The pool was very small which caught us by surprise, but the area was clean. Staff restocked the towel supply immediately on request.

We arrived middle of the night. The door to our room was wide open. There was dirty laundry all over in the halls and we didn’t have a shower curtain.

The room is little small which is ok, but the curtain is broken and can’t close completely. AC unit is making loud noises; and one of the worst shower with very small water, almost like dripping!

Only complaints are: No bath mat or grips on tub Shower was slippery. Soap dispensers in shower not user friendly. Overall tho, nice place and would stay again
