Central to everything, Fabulous Staff, Can’t go wrong with these apartments, Only drawback is there are no lifts and blocks are 3 & 4 stories high. Great place to stay, rooms are a bit dated but it’s cheap & cheerful, you get what you pay for.

This is the 3rd time of visiting Hanay suit. And I have to say that the hotel room itself was as people say basic but was cleaned every day and fresh towels every couple days. The sheets were changed every couple days, but we had the same blankets for 2 weeks. The curtains are to far out from the wall so let in some light, and as they keep the lights on above the restaurant they shined straight threw to the room. Not all the sun lounges were out away and the tables used by the sun lounges were never cleaned the whole time we was there. There were hotel towels, cups and other stuff left on tables for days. The worst part of the holiday wasn’t the hotel or the staff it was the holiday makers. There was screaming at stupid o clock in the morning waking people up, there was a man spitting everywhere including the pool. And not forgetting the worst families and there children fighting in front of every one. And as usual you had people up at 6 just to put towels out but then wouldn’t sit on them all day. The food wasn’t very good, had a breakfast and there was so much oil on it it took 6 serviettes to mop it up and the cheese omelette had the tiniest amount of cheese in it. The cheese rolls were very dry and under cooked. But the toasties were good., so we went out or cooked rather than eat in the restaurant.they have a new cook from when we was there before. It’s a shame as the hotel could be a lovely place . It wasn’t the hotel itself that has put me of going again but the holiday makers (sorry Hanay suit). If you do decide to book this hotel go to the beach every day. And eat out.

Absolutely appalling hotel! 3 stars?? Definitely not, more like a 1 star. Rooms very basic, electrical tape round the cable for the cooker so we obviously did not use. Rubbish around the pool for the whole time we were there (and also the same rubbish was there 3 days before we arrived as we were told). Fighting between families (wo had to be kicked out). Beds have seen better days as base made it feel like you were sleeping on the floor. 1 curtain in windows where there should have been 2 so light coming into the room all night. Cost for WiFi is per person, air con to pay for (only 1 air con in main bedroom so rest of apartment was red hot), payment for safe also required. Pool slide only open from 11 til 12 and 2 til 3. Guy around the pool spitting all over the floor then also in the pool! Spoke to rep and asked to be moved as this hotel is definitely not what we thought it would be. This hotel should be removed from Jet2 after reading all the recently added reviews about this hotel. If you are due to travel here I'd advise to call your holiday company and ask for somewhere else!

We stayed here Sept 2019 and it was fabulous had a great holiday with my husband. We decided to return and we really wish hadn't bothered !! We were taken to block D just wow is all I can say was woken up at 7.15 am every morning by still half drunken people having there cigarettes on there balconies not talking but shouting over to each other then another set of people on balconies would join in swearing laughing ,shouting to each other not having any consideration for anybody one day they were throwing lighters to each other to light there cigarettes which were smashing off other balconies!! There is no self catering facilities only a single hot plate and a kettle that took 10 mins to boil . Bathroom was never cleaned once during our 2weeks stay floors weren't never mopped either had to make sure we had socks on all that was done was beds made and towels changed discusting . Couples arguing around the pool no place for children definitely gone DOWNHILL a shame ....

We have just come back from hannay suite it was clean but basic ,thought staff not very friendly if you didn't say good morning the staff wouldn't say it first, the maid was lovely we stayed block b room 242,to keep your room for longer was £25 pound only till 4 pm thought it was pricey when we didn't get picked up till 7_30 to 8 pm

We booked as a last minute budget holiday Which we certainly did not expect luxury throughout There are cats everywhere and on 2 different occasions there were 2 stray dogs The pictures on the Jet 2 site do not reflect how the complex looks now Very dated and quite dirty It would be very hard to take a family as self catering due to the facilities in the room Good supermarket past the hospital Nice restaurants near by The pool was spotless P.s if your room is facing the pool you will be woken by the sun lounge warriors at 7 am 🤣

Hanay suits RATED 3 STAR I WOULD SAY 1 STAR ARRIVED 2 AM EARLY HOURS BOOKED IN GIVEN KEYS told were to find room they were on the third floor no lifts and no assistance to carry cases up 48 steps not a good start as we are all nearing 80 years old we were half board cooking facility's were poor no toaster no microwave a kettle and 2 hot plates the rooms were very tired bathroom fersilitys are poor water mostly cold shower a nightmare now for the food aver all it was disgusting mostly cold even when It was supposed to be hot warm at most if you were first to breakfast dinner was what ( Iam sure was left from breakfast ) bust same every day no variation salads were best bet do not book to eat here food eaten out side lots of flys and cats every were even around restaurant every thing is charged extra air con approx £9 per day this hotel do not cater for English the waiters were mostly rude and uncaring if you were are room only and ate out you can survive pool was best part of hotel but overall I would not recommend this hotel or the area do your research there are much better places
