Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. However no hot water for 4days 3 nights was awful. It was the only hotel in town so I couldn’t go elsewhere. One night was understandable but not 3.

Wouldn't consider having a breakfast if all you're giving is cereal. They should also give warning that they allow pets and you could be placed in a room next to a room that has pets with doors that actually are adjacent to it.

We were saddened (really disappointed) when we discovered our room was on the second floor and there was no elevator. We are not a young couple and at times struggle attempting to negotiate stairs with suitcases. The desk attendant apologized and wished us luck getting up to our room.

The night desk clerk was rude!! My husband ask for extra pillow and she said he couldn’t have one because he would just steal it. The blankets are so thin it is like sleeping with a sheet. The room was clean.

Bed comfortable, bed comforter dirty, breakfast not appealing as everything was pre-packaged with several preservatives and no options for gluten free or protein.

首先我要说的是，工作人员非常友好。房间宽敞干净。
但是：办理入住花了很长时间。电话响了，我不得不再次等待。为什么电话总是比私人谈话优先？
此外，早餐什么都没补充。
而且无线网络信号很差。每隔几分钟就会断线。
