Everyone was very friendly and always ready to assist. Breakfast was excellent. Room and hotel in general was very clean.

Very clean and the breakfast is good. So convenient to be right downtown, everything is walkable from here. Just a couple of outlets in the room, no safe and no frig in the room

Hotel was nice but Gatlinburg just wasn’t our thing. Breakfast was fantastic! Shower was nicely remodeled and is great if you don’t like getting wet. It definitely needs more water pressure. And why was there a bottle opener on the wall in there? Balcony was a plus. Location is awesome for getting to GSMNP.

Its an old building so there are some areas of the room that are warped. My husband prefers hand wash and body wash instead of bar soap. The staff was friendly except for lady at the front desk in the evening. Overall it was a good place to stay, the location is great.

Location and breakfast is the best part. The actual hotel is older and the rooms are small but the front porch makes up for that.

The property is perfectly located to walk anywhere in downtown Gatlinburg or even nearby walking trails. The breakfast is wonderful and the hotel is very quiet and calm.

Lots of character due to its age. Bathrooms were updated and had all amenities needed. Great location and lots of parking. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will go back again!

Just very musty smelling. I apparently didn’t research enough before booking. It’s a very old place and known for that charm, I guess. But not what I expected or wanted. It was dank, so musty and outdated for me. Had to leave and go somewhere else. The smell was giving us a headache. And wouldn’t work with us about letting us out of the three night stay. I offered to pay for one and they wouldn’t do it. So we just lost the money, left and went to an updated normal hotel. My husband’s fault. He booked it. Lesson learned. And don’t go always go by the ratings…. I guess everyone has different tastes
