酒店回复: Gentile Cliente, a seguito della sua recensione ho controllato quanto descritto da tripadvisor nel nostro profilo e ho riscontrato alcuni errori che segnalero' immediatamente. La spa, come da lei scritto, era collegata ad un hotel che è stato chiuso definitivamente. Solo su tripadvisor c'è un piccolo riferimento alla spa. Da una mia odierna verifica nessun altro sito internet ha riportato questo errore. Avevamo comunque risposto alle sue richieste via e mail e quindi nessuna sorpresa per Voi. Se la spa era a Lei necessaria avrebbe potuto cancellare la sua prenotazione. Siamo un piccolo B&B e formiamo solo bicchieri da caffe e da te. Piatti e posate riguardano soprattutto pranzi e cene quindi non vengono da noi forniti. (vengono forniti invece nel nostro box colazione) Grazie mille e arrivederci. MAURO

We were on a motorcycle trip through the Alps and booked this place as it was on our route. The website showed dinner and breakfast options were available. Upon arriving it was difficult at best to locate the place. No signs helping you find it. We had to call the owner three times. Finally found it. The chalet itself is very nice. A typical chalet. However, the restaurant was closed down. The next possibility for a warm meal was about a 10 minute drive away. That meant, for us, putting on all our motorcycle gear again. Not what we wanted after driving all day. We were lucky that the one place that was open offered to make us a cold plate. (Then we didn’t have to drive) Though I realize the owner of the Chalet cannot control when other businesses are open or not, he should not advertise that there are dinner/breakfast options available. This and the bad directions are the reasons for the two stars. Otherwise it is a nice quiet place. The beds were comfortable and the room clean. If you stay here, be sure to bring something to eat.

They served a genuine and delicious vegan dinner at candlelight in the apartment and prepared for us tasty sandwiches for lunch. Super recommended for any traveler, especially for vegan ones. IT: Un appartamento accogliente e spazioso, con mobili in legno in un grazioso stile montano. L'appartamento si trova in un borgo molto tranquillo, dove l'unico rumore è lo scorrere del fiume. All'interno, l'appartamento è silenzioso. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile. Hanno servito un deliziosa cena vegana a lume di candela in appartamento e ci hanno preparato gustosi panini per il pranzo. Super consigliato per qualsiasi viaggiatore, specialmente per quelli vegani.
