When we arrived I double checked we had a twin room. I was told no only a double, no more rooms. It had a bed against the wall , not great when 2 are sharing, carpet felt tacky . Bed very soft and only 2 pillows. Bathroom tired. I phoned down to ask for an additional duvet. We were told to go down to reception to get it which we did and asked for more coffee. Told no, tomorrow. In the morning we got up shower, my friend waited 20 mins for the water to heat up. When I went into the shower there was no hot water at all. When I showered at night, it had to run for 30 mins before it was hot, the next night 10 mins. This morning 10 mins to heat up, 60 seconds of hot water, splutter then cold. There wasn’t even hot water in the tap in the sink. Good size TV, furniture, bedding.. we did ask for extra pillows which we got. Nowhere near the centre of Poznam but Uber was easy and cheap. Breakfast, good, lovely selection. Would I stay again or recommend No

The hotel was better than the previous reviews had led me to believe. The room was functional and clean. There were towels for two, tea and coffee for two and two cups in the bathroom. I have been to four star hotels where they struggle to supply this. Also, there was a full length mirror and a hairdryer. Reception Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good. The only negatives were that the hotel was difficult to find using satnav, the surface on the roadways on site were poor and it would have been nice to have sheets on the bed that fitted. You couldn't tuck the bottom sheet around the mattress. I think the hotel has recently been refurbed as the decor looked quite fresh and bright and tastefully decorated with Christmas lights. In all, a good stay.

Hotel was on a industrial estate. The room was clean and tidy. The boy on reception was not very helpful when I arrived. The food in the hotel was very nice, asked for directions to the old town and was told 3 differing things.If you are english wouldn't recommend it. Lots of locals stay there this was a mystery holiday with wowcher would not do again.

我们在这家酒店过夜，门和墙都是胶合板做的，酒店是一个典型的住宅区，其中一个街区被改造成酒店。总体来说没有什么优点，房间很脏，床垫已经用了20年了，走廊里整晚都在关门，可以听到墙后的谈话声，3星只是名义上的，多了就像工人宿舍一样。这是我第一次接触三星级酒店床底下连接的延长线，附上照片。早餐理论上是6.30开始的，但是有人忘记开门，餐厅6.50就开门了，客人已经在门口等候了。早餐很差，咖啡很糟糕，总的来说我不推荐。

波兰最糟糕的经历之一。我们在那里住了三天。早餐很好，但无线网络很差。不幸的是房间里没有连接，床非常不舒服。下次在预订此房产时，每个人都应该格外小心。
