Quiet clean room in one of the lodges. Staff , food and breakfast all great. Walkable to the main village.

Room was excellent 👌 staff friendly ,only snag was having to walk outside to the pool in the bad weather but thats all .

Check in was fine so was the room though it is old - long time since had a 14inch tv screen - but clean and comfortable. It was the breakfast that let it down. The buffet was laughable, the older lady who served us was very grumpy and the english was the absolute minimum to call it an english breakfast - though did have magnificent poached egg!

After spending over £500 on our special weekend away. The front door was broken and very heavy to pull open and walk through the room was nice well presented but I was very disappointed on the restaurant on our room card and on checking in it stipulated food was served until 20:30 we turned up at 8 only to be told they had changed the times the week before did show them our room card but it was out of their hands so we had to have a taxi into the town.
Overall for the price very disappointing.

The hotel was lovely, the gym great and staff very friendly. Breakfast sausages weren't the best and poached eggs overcooked so need to sort those out

这是一个很棒的住宿地点，附近还有一些活动可以参加，比如高空滑索（Zip World）和卡丁车。如果你想来一场更具冒险精神的观光之旅，斯诺登尼亚国家公园（Snowdonia）就在附近，可以去徒步。
我强烈推荐住在这里，体验会很棒，酒店还附带一个水疗中心，活动结束后你随时可以去泳池泡一泡放松一下。
可爱的小地方，工作人员非常高效有礼貌，酒店也很干净。
酒店很棒，位置也很好，步行大约10分钟就能到市中心。我特别喜欢酒店的泳池、桑拿房和蒸汽房，设施一流。而且那里的食物也很好吃！
住了三晚，房间很棒，没什么可抱怨的！地理位置完美。泳池也很棒。唯一需要改进的是早餐。上菜时间太长，而且选择不多。
