Very nice apartments. Had a 2 bedroom apartment with two bathrooms and large kitchen/ living area. Boot room very good and v short walk to ski lift . Paid extra for breakfast and it was well worth it.

Not a very comfortable stay in their 2 bedroom apartment. The hotel has no AC and the weather was extremely hot , and you have to keep the window open during the night and I can hear all the noise from the street and in the early morning which was super annoying. Their costumer service is average because the reception doesn’t answer the phone . Plus in the laundry room they only have two washing machine and one dryer their dryer was not working as well!! And they don’t offer iron in the apartment anymore you have to iron your clothes in the laundry room !! What a joke! I hated every minute of my stay in this apartment! Never coming again .

Lovely spacious apartments which were very clean and well equipped. Friendly and helpful staff. Good central location near to the bus and train station, cable cars and town. Lots of room for families with living space and a kitchenette. Ski depot to store any ski equipment.

We had a great stay here. The views are outstanding, and the location is perfect. Although there's no AC, we didn’t mind since we were out during the day. Check-in was quick and smooth, thanks to Kimberly’s warm welcome. Highly recommended!

No air conditioning. Have to open doors and windows which did not help the heat but welcomed mosquitoes and flies. Have to wear insect repellant to bed. No view. Power out in one of our rooms. No help after 6pm and no response from after hours hotline. Have to clean your own garbage but are charged 100€ on top of your hotel reservation. Fire alarm went off twice after 1130 PM. Went down to the lobby for the fire alarm and spoke to many other patrons who are experiencing the same. No reception or concierge present to advise on next steps. The next door restaurant owner was there but was not able to help. Went to front desk the following day to discuss above as was not able to reach anyone at night and was told the fire alarm was for my safety (which they had no guidance for), I should have changed my own breaker in the apartment to fix the power instead of asking for help, and they never advertised air conditioning. It was a very defensive and unhelpful response. Overall, it was a miserable, uncomfortable stay at this hotel for a family of 4. Would not recommend or return. It is basically a room with no AC, no help after 6, and little customer service or empathy. For the cost, can stay at a better place with a view, that has a real cleaning service and reception/concierge.

At first seems very nice. Space is big and clean. There is no air conditioning even though there is a thermostat, no power to one of the room, no window screens so if you try to get air mosquitoes come in the room, the fire alarm went off at 11:35pm. There is a $100 cleaning fee on top of your stay, they make you throw out your own garbage. On top of all of that there is no help after 8pm, no reception.

TipTop 位置。再好不过了。步行即可到达滑雪缆车，步行即可到达湖泊或市中心。非常好的接待。酒店下面有很棒的地下停车场。滑雪缆车特别好，而且永远不会满，因为没有大型停车场。再次高兴。
公寓地理位置优越。步行即可到达市中心，也可到达 CityXpress。工作人员非常乐于助人并且以服务为导向。在该地区散步很不错。美丽的湖景。基兹特因霍恩 (Kitzsteinhorn) 上已经有很多人滑雪了。强烈推荐；肯定会再次回到这里。
