TV did not work. Phone did not work (could not phone front desk). Wifi did not work (was advised by the front desk to call Wyndham Customer Service to resolve. Multiple maintenance issues.

Said free WIFI-but you either have to sign up to their program by giving your personal info or you have to pay either 5 or 10 dollars a night--Heating fan was so noisy that I turned it off in middle of night--but then it got to cold so had to turn it back on-Had a terrible night sleep--Never would stay at a Wyndham motel again

No freezer on the very small fridge. Metal bed frame. Bed is not very comfortable. Very limited pizza options. A lot of old furnishings on the lawn, very unsightly, should be placed in a different location out of patrons view.

Pet friendly
Myself love the location. The general store is in walking distance, blue fin restaurant is an excellent choice. Love that they are pet friendly! I have a Rottweiler so that is a plus. Rooms are clean. Love they have the pool hot tub and sauna.

It was a decent experience that could have been slightly better with a cleaner room. The good part: the breakfast was great each day and we appreciated that they switched up the options so there was some variety. The all-day coffee access was great too. On the bad side, the bathroom in our room felt kind of gross. There was stained black caulking around the tub, and both the tub and bathroom sink both had pink slime around the drains that one spray of bleach would have solved. A couple towels were also kind of shredded around the edges and seemed more like rags.
While the pool was super fun for the kids, all of our eyes were burning just from being in the pool area, and several of us slipped on the super slick tiles. A grippier flooring option would be much safer!
We'd consider staying again but for nearly $350/night would like to see the experience elevated a little bit, plus the cleaning service coming more than once every three days.

The hotel rooms, particularly the bathroom, is looking dated. We registered for a room that would sleep 3 adults and 2 teenagers so presumed there would be a couch. Nope, there were two queen beds only and little room for a cot. We made due because we had no other option but believe the facility should’ve been more transparent on how 5 would sleep in this room. The hotel only had two cots so if one had not been available my 15 year old would have had to sleep on the floor.

We stayed four nights and had breakfast three mornings. The first two mornings were fine. The last morning, nothing was stocked and we had very few choices. There was a different person managing the breakfast on the last day and he really didn’t seem to care.

I especially liked the hot tub, swimming pool, and sauna amenities; everything working and clean.
I was disappointed at checkout when I could not get points to apply to my Wyndham membership account; I was told it is because I made the reservation online through *******.

Very nice rooms and hotel overall. Staff was wonderful and very informative. The only down side is the open concept design of the lobby makes it so you hear everyone coming and going or talking in the lobby. Not great at 1:00am.
