Property food was good but the hotel lacks hospitality and attentiveness towards their guest rooms were well maintained but could use some more interior as mostly room felt empty

I booked twin sharing bed. But they gave us double bed and refused to change the room. Breakfast was good and the staff there was also nice. Receptionists don’t know their work. They chill while customers are waiting.

Hotel owner owns two properties with similar names in varansi. Coata riveria and cost a river. I wanted to book cota riveria but mm t diverted me to the other property cost a river which i couldn't understood and booked. It is a very inferior property and since booking is non refundable i am stuck with it. It is very distant from temple. Bathrooms are conjusted
