酒店回复: Thank you for your review, although unfortunately not a good one this time. I would just like to take the time to answer a couple of the points you made which are not quite correct:: We have 7 ablution blocks located around the park and they are each cleaned thoroughly twice a day. Our hard working cleaners commence work at 4am for the comfort of our guests so you may not have noticed them. The park is very busy at the moment with many people wanting to enjoy the beauty of Coral Bay and appreciating our magnificent Ningaloo reef. We find that most guests can appreciate this and are respectful of the 10pm 'quiet time' rule. We have night management patrolling the park ensuring this policy from 10pm - 1am. Due to our remote location and limited available signal we are unable to supply WIFI to the park. Free WIFI is available at Bill's Bar across the road. Reception is always open 7 days/week. 7:30am - 7pm for the convenience of our guests.
If you approach this as one step up from camping then the garden villa is sufficient but for the price it’s somewhat disappointing. Toaster didn’t work and had to request replacement. Tongs didn’t work, just went and bought a pair at the shop. Not enough cutlery for number of people in the villa. Beds and bedding are average, shower head barely sprayed water, ended up using ablution block as it was better water pressure. We enjoyed a glass bottom boat tour with great guid and skipper and highly recommend this however unfortunately we had a weird experience with booking the tour at front counter, we were overcharged and the woman was argumentative. When she finally admitted she had charged incorrectly her attitude was ‘too bad, too late now’. We gave up and accepted the overpayment but just another example of how the park takes advantage of having no competition in the area. In saying all of this, it is our third stay here as Coral Bay is an amazing location, highly recommend visiting the area, just come with low expectations for accommodation and service.

Big park with smaller bays. Bore water so fill your tanks before you arrive and BYO drinking water (unless you want to buy it). Clean toilets and friendly staff.

This was the start of a short road trip southbound down WA Coral coast and what better way to start than at Coral Bay Hotel. We were sited in a chalet lodge at rear of park, it was perfect; basic, clean and safe accom. We were there for the reef and the snorkelling, 5 min walk to beach, swimming on the reef, across from supermarket and Bills restaurant (equally great). One build is if we knew there were beach front villa’s (looked relatively new) we would have opted for them. Just because they overlooked the beach/bay. Thank you Team Coral Bay Resort.

We booked a Bay view Unit, 2 bedroom. It was small, nice enough, but in direct view of the street both in the living area and the balcony. But from my point of view, I know it is in a beach side tourist town, but if you are charging 650 per night for a modest one story villa, you have to install a washing machine and provide wifi. Management says that 'Telstra reception is not strong enough' but that is absurd, any place of this size can install Starlink now. I could understand if this was a budget option but at this price, backing into a caravan park.....

Coral Bay is one big accommodation village on a beautiful bay with clear water. We booked a room in the Bayview lodge for 3 nights. The room was clean, kitchen with utensils, nice size bath room and comfortable beds. Location wise also good. Like almost anywhere in Western Australia you can hear everything from your room and bad luck on the 2nd night with noisy neighbors and slamming doors. We had two relaxing days though but if you have a choice the Bay villa’s looked new and better. Overall a good stay and friendly staff at reception and restaurants. Take your own food if possible since the supermarket is expensive. The bottle shop and restaurants are decently priced and enough choice. Note - RAC is constructing another property, did not bother us but it gets bigger and busier…….in the end 2 nights would have been enough for us.

Over all it was good, but we discovered 3 mice in our 3 bed apartment...I was given a mouse trap by reception. I caught all the mice, Unfortunately one mouse did lots of poos in my bed. I wasn't offered any thing, an offer to move to a mouse free villa would be nice or 100 off as I had a very sleepless night. I'm not sure I would stay again unless they put flyscreens on the front doors as our unit was always full of bugs, some minor updates are really needed in the old villas, it's a bit tired, the sheets and bedding are also very old.

酒店回复: Thank you for your review Tracey, we are constantly updating our different types of accommodation and appreciate your feedback. You are correct, the mice have been an ongoing issue this year and it has been a struggle to get them under control. Please be aware we having been doing everything possible to manage the problem but given our location and lack of assistance it has been challenging.
