Comfortable and clean. The people are friendly and more than helpful. They even dropped me off at the station on my last morning.

From the second we walked through the door we felt welcomed. A beautiful cozy reception area greeted us with a happy hello and warm smile from Sophie on the desk. Check in was easy & our key produced. We deposited our bags in our freshly decorated room which provided everything we needed. Very comfortable beds, drawers, hanging space, TV, tea & coffee facilities including biscuits, lovely towels and hand wash and a generous size shower in the modern and spotless bathroom. We went down to the Ash Bar for lunch and a drink. Once again greeted by a happy smiling member of staff who promptly showed us to a table, issued us with menus and took our drinks order. As we were attending a party at this venue, we only had starter and dessert but OMG! a mini Christmas dinner in Yorkshire puds was a fantastic idea. Apparently created by the in-house chef. Followed by apple pie and custard, these were faultless - so tasty. After sleeping on a cloud, breakfast was served in the restaurant. Tea or coffee served by Keith, a selection of juices, cereal & yoghurts followed by brown or white toast and your choice of cooked options. I think you get the gist that The Ashburnham Hotel owners present the full package. Ambiance, attention to detail and staff who are friendly and happy with great service & delicious food.

We frequent the Ashburnham on Sundays often as their carvery roast dinners are outstanding! Booking is a must. We stayed here the night in April when it was out wedding, the rooms were comfortable and the staff were incredibly helpful

There were 5 of us out for Sunday Lunch to celebrate our Daughter’s 50th birthday. As soon as we arrived we were taken to our requested table. Everything was laid out and our drinks order taken. We shortly were advised that when we were ready we were able to go to the carvery counter. There was a choice of turkey, beef or pork and about 10 different vegetables. Every thing was so tasty and hot it was a pleasure to enjoy a well presented meal. Then there was a nice selection as a sweet course and followed by tea/ coffee if required. The whole experience was of the highest standards and a credit to the new family who are now the owners of “The Ash” well done, da iawn. See you soon.

Visiting the area of Pembrey from Bristol. Called in on the off chance with no booking, given a table immediately and directions to the carvery area. Servers were polite and friendly and food was absolutely delicious Sat in the garden area after to enjoy our drink. Thoroughly recommend

Absolutely disgusting experience arrived was sat down ordered our breakfast and drinks while waiting for our drinks others seated after us received there drink so we asked about ours got told they would be here shortly we then received our food still no drinks when the drinks came the waitress said we would have one drink taken off the bill absolutely disgusting service and the breakfast wasn’t any better would avoid this place

85英镑的价格根本不值，尤其不含早餐。装修需要好好打理，地毯需要好好蒸汽清洁一下，电视太小，床不舒服，淋浴也很糟糕，几乎没有电和热水。窗户上结了水汽，什么也看不见。总之，非常破败。
