Great place to stay for an overnighter. Clean, a small but good bathroom, strong and shower pressure.

Extremely unwelcoming person at the desk who didn't even bother to say "Hi" or "Welcome". Requested a late check out and the guy rudely replied with a "No". I have been Working as a hotel manager in Brisbane and never have I experienced such a check-in. Please raise your customer service standards.

The staff handed out room key without greeting the guest. There’s hairs on the bed sheets and pillow. The property is 2 kilometers away from the town center. I wonder how this motel is recommended on the top by the platform and why I have chosen it.

I booked online but rang the staff direct an hour after booking to cancel, they were rude but said they would take care of it. More then a week later no refund, I emailed several times without resolution. Never received a refund or support.

On check in I asked about "fresh" Milk. Was told it was in the fridge. No "Fresh" milk but little containers.
No service to room over weekends - I do like fresh linen and towels.
Considering the price I would have thought the above would be minimum.

Very convenient to the hospital, had a comfortable night's sleep, and the property was clean. The coffee from the espresso bar next door was excellent.

The room Itself was good with a good bed and great shower. The person on the reception desk was not very friendly and didnt really look like he wanted to be there. Not a good first impression.

Disappointing experience
Room was not serviced during the stay. TV remote didn't work properly. Smoke detector was missing from the room. Soap dispenser wasn't working. Lights tube missing from light fitting. No fresh linen or
