So, the front desk was trying to work with you. You absolutely refused to pay the price difference for the other room type. Yet your reservation was booked for a standard unit. You left abruptly and slammed the door to the office breaking our door. So, the front desk kindly told you to contact your third party booking company and you will need to contact ******* as we are not the place you booked your room. We are not holding your funds, you will need to contact them. You did not book through the front desk or our website. Our establishment will not rent units to anyone that is aggressive towards the front desk or staff.

If you work for a large corporate company, you should know that your semi truck does not go under a carport. We understand your frustration, you had a bad day but it's not accurate what you are describing.You did not bring a third party confirmation number from your booking. The front staff took their time to assist you by calling the agents at the third party booking site to locate your reservation confirmation number since it did not appear on our end. It was kind of them to take the time to help you find your booking by being placed on hold for a long time. If you had your confirmation number on you, we could have assisted you a lot faster and then spoke to the company afterwards while you were in your unit.If you wanted an upstairs room, you just had to ask for one, those are the balcony units. We would have accommodated you.You arrived at 2am wanting breakfast, our Express breakfast is not 24 hours. It is from 6:30-9:30 am posted in our lobby.I understand you had a bad day and you created a big issue for us, too, by driving into the carport and damaging it. We have been working with your company who also were not happy with you. We know you had a bad day but your company and our staff were the ones left picking up the pieces.

So, you were not charged additional fees. Sometimes people choose pet friendly rooms and then do not bring their pet, so we like to charge for the pet when you arrive. Yes, we do have allergy friendly rooms and we try to accommodate pets and people without pets who have allergies. Nobody was rude to you, we were very kind to you. You just did not observe the pet policy and were upset with the room rate. Then, you tried to bring two pets into one room and we charge for each pet, separately.It is also true if you do try to sneak in a pet without letting the office know we do charge a fine and it is quite a bit. If you do get confused, we suggest you call the office before you travel so you understand the rates and policies and nothing is a surprise to you. Thank you.
