The tv was extremely hard to use with no written instructions to follow. I tried to call the office from the room but the phone never worked, this is a HUGE safety hazard. The pitcher that the milk was in was dirty and it had dried old milk on it. I had to asked to have it cleaned. Coming from an other hotel the night before I felt the difference right away. Going cheap is not the best approach to bring in guests.

The location was good but pulling into parking lot was pothole heaven and in rough condition. The room looked nice at first but beds were awfully uncomfortable and bathroom filthy. Baseboards were lined with dust and dirt build up. Tub surround caulking cracked and paint chipping off wall. The towels were exfoliating devices to remove skin when used and for 2 grown adults you get 2 small towels. One of the 2 queen beds when sat/laid on made an awful creaking/squeak when you try to move on it. Paid more money to stay here compared to other hotels in town because reviews said it was good but barely slept as beds are very awful.

This location is certainly adequate. The rooms are clean, however, could use an update. The staff at check in were great.

Change the name from "Motel" to 'Inn".
I had doubts upon arrival when I saw that the 'Travelodge " was actually a 'motel' until I entered my room!
But! The reception office/dining area looks ancient!

wrong wifi password was provided to me, other than that our stay was okay. it was a quite neighbourhood.

Staff were friendly and the breakfast was much better than we expected. Rooms were as pictured with some recent improvements. Beds were uncomfortable and the washroom wasn’t clean.
设施非常陈旧。我们三个人住在一个房间里，却只有一条毛巾。不得不去前台再拿毛巾。一开始只有半卷卫生纸，房间里没有多余的，所以不得不去前台再拿。电视坏了，我试图打电话给前台寻求帮助，但电话打不通。工作人员在我们房间外聚会到10:30，我按照前台的指示，在入住时遇到任何问题都发短信给前台，但没人接。再也不会去了。从始至终都非常不方便。
我们进房间的时候，沐浴露已经用完了，浴垫又脏又旧，我都不想用它给女儿洗澡了。浴缸排水太慢了，踢脚线/墙壁上满是污垢、头发和棕色污渍，顺着浴室的墙壁流下来。插在插座上的吹风机已经烧坏了。外面的台阶很脏。一间能住7-8人的家庭套房，只有两套毛巾。问起来很不方便。枕头很糟糕。房间里没有备用毯子。厨房里的海绵很脏。没有洗碗布。

外面路边停车场到处都是脏兮兮的烟头。
