Although, some of your complaints are misleading. You did not receive a private jet tub because you booked a Deluxe Room and not a jacuzzi room. The tub was not filthy at all, as we have checked that room multiple times. We brought up the fact the TV does not work with staff, but the staff showed us that the TV works completely fine. As for WIFI, we provide free WIFI to all guests right at the front desk when you check in. You talk about rusted screws popping up from the floorboards, but our floorboards don't use any screws at all, so this is a completely false claim. You talked about loose tobacco, but our drawers look brand new inside of them, as if they were never touched, so this is yet another lie. Most your claims are false and hinder the reputation of our hotel. Thank you for staying with us.

The room was pretty ran down , there was cracks in the floor the tub was dirty , the shower looked dirty, and there was blood stains on the sheets and one of the pillow cases. The room just wasn’t very clean at all. And it looked very cheaply fixed or remodeled, for $120 a night I would think it would have been alot better. It was quiet and private so that was nice.

Place is really out dated, the door did not seal fully could see light coming in from around the door.
The shower was bad. Very short as in i am 6 foot and it was hitting me below the arm pits. The shower head sprayed water all over so i had to put a washcloth on it to keep it from soaking the floor.
Bathroom was too small maybe 24 sq ft.
Will not stay here again

I didn't sleep well because my sinuses were really bothering me. Thought the room looked clean, there must have been dust or animal dander on the bedspeard because I was congested and wheezing by morning. I was looking forward to taking a hot bath in the tub, but there was no plug for the tub. I ended up showering, and my clean feet were dirty by the time I walked from the bathroom to my clothes on the bed. My guess is that the floor was swept, but not mopped. I had booked two nights, but only stayed for one of them.

Bathroom could use an upgrade. Tub had black spots and a wash cloth from previous occupant was hanging over the shower curtain. It’s not luxury, but the beds are comfortable

这是一家很不错的驿站.大多的房间正在整修.我们住得很舒服.晚上远处传来火车的气笛声很吵.我们这个房间的马桶是不通的
这是我这辈子最糟糕的酒店体验！浴室里没有私人按摩浴缸，我们住的却是一个脏兮兮的普通浴缸，大概有50年的历史了。房间里到处都是灰尘、肮脏、黏糊糊的，包括地板。生锈的螺丝钉从地板上翘了起来，抽屉里塞满了散落的烟草，窗帘摇摇欲坠，电视坏了，也没有无线网络。现场没有工作人员来处理我们的问题，最后我不得不放弃我们的房间，带着年幼的孩子开车两个小时回家。
千万别住这家酒店
入住时，走进无烟房间，房间里弥漫着烟味。地板很脏。浴缸脏得令人作呕。我直接去了酒店办公室，说不行，谢谢。请退款。5天过去了，还是没退款。网上的照片和房间实际的样子完全不一样。千万别住这家酒店。第一印象就是看起来像是有人闯入过房间。窗帘根本没遮住窗户。太恶心了，太不专业了。

很多东西都不能用，比如浴室灯和吹风机。我们订了4个房间，其中3个房间有东西坏了。第4个房间的门上沾满了建筑材料，淋浴间里沾满了黑色污渍。
