We did have this removed from our site and I didn't realize that there was a picture that showed the hot tub. We had this removed a few months ago and have been waiting for the floor to be fixed and that's why there are cones around it. They have hopefully removed all pictures with the hot tub in it. For future there is now only one hotel in Northfield that offers a hot tub and that would be the AmericInn. Lots of places are doing away with them due to liabilities.We appreciate the feedback and will use it to fine tune our operations in the hope that upon your next visit we can exceed your expectations.

We do keep the firepit covered because it gets ruined if snow and water get into the burners it rusts and gets corroded. If you come talk to the front desk, they can take the cover off so you are able to use it. We just had to fill in the hot tub due to multiple issues that we just weren't able to fix anymore. As far as the teams go, we understand the frustration and try our best but unfortunately no matter how much we try to keep things under control some guests aren't respectful to us or others. I did hear that this group that was here was very disrespectful and took over the hotel. This was not a team we had set up at the hotel they were just individual reservations that were made. It's unfortunate that others behaviors make the hotel look bad when they were clearly out of control.We appreciate the feedback and will use it to fine tune our operations in the hope that upon your next visit we can exceed your expectations
首先，热水浴缸不见了！！它被混凝土填满了！游泳池还在，很舒服，很温暖。酒店后面有一列火车。说实话，这并没有打扰到我们，但如果你的睡眠很浅……那就得考虑一下了。我通常都会选择乡村套房酒店 (Country Inn and Suites)。但这家酒店比较老旧，低于平均水平。早餐还不错，但低于平均水平，而且他们从来不供应早餐。
基本设施都有，干净卫生，提供早餐能吃饱，免费停车方便。
我们没有在酒店待太久，因为我们入住得比较晚，第二天一早又得赶着离开。不过，我们很喜欢那里的早餐，是常见的欧陆式早餐，有华夫饼。他们也提供了一些水果、果汁、咖啡和酸奶。前台员工很友好。
酒店干净且位置优越，附近有超市，步行15分钟即可到达。小镇宁静祥和，生活十分便利。

我们预订时，泳池和水疗中心都被列为便利设施。我们到达时，水疗中心已被水泥封堵（最近才封堵，因为周围还有锥形物挡着）。然而，他们至今仍未更新照片，以反映这一严重缺失的便利设施。如果事先告知水疗中心已不存在，我们绝不会预订此住宿。
照片不准确。室外火坑已盖好，目前未使用。照片中的热水浴缸已用水泥填满。酒店被一支男子冰球队占领。一群群年轻的运动员在走廊里奔跑尖叫。家长们霸占了大堂和泳池区，喝得酩酊大醉。前台人员不见踪影。场地被这群人弄得一团糟。对其他客人不公平

我们的房间有股怪味，不太清新。我喜欢在大堂喝咖啡，但早上咖啡喝完了，也没人加。早餐也只能说还行。整个地方都有点老旧了，虽然评价很好，但我不敢说它真的好。

它达到了预期目的，但对我来说离繁忙的主干道太近了。而且，后面还有一条火车轨道。不过，只要你注意安全，这里还是一个不错的旅行住宿地点。
非常干净、安静、交通便利，感觉非常安全。工作人员友好热情。靠近圣奥拉夫学院和卡尔顿学院的校园。下次还会住这里！
酒店员工很棒。酒店干净舒适。我们唯一遇到的问题是酒店的一个热水器坏了。前台提醒了我们。我们淋浴时只能用温水。
