Don’t look for Capri Inn you won’t find it. The sign out the front is now Surestay by Best Western. No communication was made to us concerning the name change. On arrival it look deserted, and I can see why. The play is a disaster zone at the moment as renovations are taking place. Dust everywhere, building materials left in corridors. The standard of renovations is not that great either - paint marks on windows, worktops not finished. Our room didn’t lock when we went out so one of us stayed behind so ruined our plans for the evening. Eventually the manager came to fix the problem, and offered us a new room just across from ours. On inspection it hadn’t been cleaned properly so they sorted it out. Im sure when it’s finished and staff receive some training it has the potential to be good but for now just drive by

BED BUGS😡😡. My bed must have been infested with them as the next day heading home large welts appeared all over me the were burning, sore & itchy like crazy. When we phoned them to let them know, and asked that the manager contact us, we never heard from them again. I am only posting this because they couldn’t be bothered to talk to us & so no one else gets them. I was sick to my stomach from so many bite & of course the welts didn’t show up till many hours after we left there. Stay away for your own sake.

I rarely give such a low score but this place is truly not ready for customers. The front staff doesn’t communicate with each other so a room I was promised when I made the reservation wasn’t given to me, as it wasn’t “pet friendly”, although I had been given that room a week earlier when I stayed. The hallway was a mess! I appreciate that they’re renovating but there was drywall, plaster and other junk strewn all over the long hallway I had to go down to access the room. Thd room itself was sad. The bedspreads are faded, the furniture is worn and the bathroom floor was filthy. The tub was old and worn. When I checked in, the toilet had been used and there were no coffee pods. My husband asked for more coffee and was given the wrong type of pods. The receptionist said I should have called when I saw the toilet had been used. But, honestly, after a looooong day of driving, the last thing I wanted after unpacking was to repackage and move to another room. With our dogs we paid $185 for the worst room of the three hotels we stayed in from Vancouver to the Yukon. The staff is nice enough. Hopefully the hotel will improve after renovations.

Decent enough hotel. Check prices on line as prices at the hotel are as 25% more. Clean and has a fridge and coffee machine. Nothing fancy, the coffee is good but the breakfast is really plain and nothing to write home about... except I guess I just did.
性价比超高!尤其是免费又清淡的早餐,很不错!
这家酒店相当破旧。
