There were people arguing and very loud in the hallway overnight. One other room of the party we were with had bedbugs. We had to spend extra time when we got home deep cleaning our clothing. I would like a refund.

It was absolutely disgusting. The pictures didn’t match what was really there. It smelled in room like sweat. Had to get air fresheners. Bed was too small for 2 adult people. It was like staying at roach motel. Everything was dirty. We wanted to check in early but was told there was $25 early check in fee but there was no sign about it. So we left & cane back. We definitely will jot be staying there again

This particular Super 8 has always struggled with cleanliness, quality, staff retention...the property is just so broken down even after the previous owner made some upgrades. This time we had to get a new room as first one's phone, fridge, and TV weren't working. Second room had filthy floors, broken lamp shade, and TV still wasn't working. Almost none of the patio doors in second building have working handle locks. The female employee at check in was clueless & not helpful...BUT, the young man who works the morning/breakfast times slot has been there a long time & does a great job.

The room was nice enough but the AC fan was noisy and had only one speed. We couldn't get it to go on low speed. Talked to the front desk and they said they'd come up to take a look but never showed up? The room honestly wasn't worth the $180. Didn't eat breakfast there so can't comment about that. Parking was good.

The hotel is in a great location. The room was nice and big. The bathroom however needs work, shower curtain rode is falling off the wall, mold was growing through the paint.

This hotel is doing false advertising. They claim to have TV but I checked in and found the TV did not work so went to the front desk and was informed that the TV had been out for several days and they would do noting about including getting me a room where the TV worked or some type of discount. I wanted to watch the Cubs baseball game and would have not ever rented this room if they had told the truth upfront that there was no TV. Also the breakfast was terribly not healthy. Basically all they had was a unhealthy waffle.

The staff was pleasant. The place appeared clean at first glance. Our bathroom had all new toiletries and looked clean, but there was a towel hanging from a previous guest behind the bathroom door.
Due to the time of year there were LOTS of bugs outside in the back. They were all over the patio doors and in the room. I killed about five in the room. I just felt like bugs were on me even though they weren’t.
The back on the property sits on a creek/river and is very pretty but could use more TLC on the bank so as to enjoy it more. Lots of the screw. doors were just hanging on the frame or completely off.
