This hotel is always quiet and you're not Disturbed by anyone once you're inside. Environment is safe because there's no one trolling the parking lot. It is clean and the hotel staff are always friendly.

That property seems to be quiet and free of traffic all the time. Considering the area, there are no homeless people trolling the parking lot.

Overpriced
Check in was great, friendly staff.. but for the price of the room for what we got.. I'd rather have spent the night in my car. I wouldn't recommend. Can't even say you get what you pay for because the rooms in Pensacola are clearly overpriced.. everywhere.

AC was off and we checked in late so we were not able to sleep as well. Understand trying to cut expenses and it was very hot. The rooms were probably over 80 degrees until the air was on. It took most of the night to get them cooled down.

The purpose of what I needed from staying at this motel was served. The family that owns this property takes very good care of their business, they care for the yard and rooms. Everything was clean and nice. Chris that works there as housekeeping was very sweet and hard working. If I came back to Pensacola I would most definitely stay here again. Great value, good location to get to Gulf Breeze or the airport. This location seems to be in the middle.

No pool! Beds hard! And microwave dirty! Everything else was clean! Front office and a funny smell
