Parking was awesome for a semi truck and lowboy. There was a gas station with in walking distance that had a small kitchen it opened at 5am

Check-in was a nightmare. Stood at desk for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to come to desk. Sign on counter said dial 0 on phone on counter, did twice, nothing. Door to back office area was open, young man finally came out dancing with ear buds in. When looking up my reservation he asked how much ******* charged me, then said ok that’s what I’ll charge. Told him I’ve already paid & he wanted to see proof. Once I showed him (I should have never been asked) he just gave me a key, never had me fill out or sign anything. My reservation was for 2 queen room, which I confirmed with him. Got to room and it had one bed. Was put in another room. This young man had no clue what he was doing or didn’t care. The room and beds were surprisingly clean. Breakfast was a 1/2 loaf of bread & a partial stick of butter, container of cereal but no milk & an empty coffee pot but no cups even if it wasn’t. Not sure who owns/manages this place but they definitely need to do better.

Upon arriving at this property. We did not stay because of property conditions. I asked for a refund at the front desk (that we have not recieved). We left looking for cleaner, safer accommodation.

There were bedbugs on our pillow in our first room went to the front desk and asked for another room there were dead roaches everywhere in the second room went back up to the front desk and asked for a refund the personnel at the desk proceeded to say the bug we showed him wasn’t a bedbug (I know what a bed bug looks like) sucks we’re heading back to Iowa from Yellowstone drove 11 1/2 hours and now we’re just driving the rest of the way home

Do Not Book! This property is CLOSED. Took over 2 hours to get refunded and another room in a different town after driving an hour out of the way

Avoid at all cost
I have no idea how this place had a 8.0 rating. This is 1 or 2. Carpets were filthy, some of the bedding was stained. Seriously, just burn the place down, it was that bad.

别被工作人员的外表吓到，他们其实很友好也很乐于助人。房间很干净，对于自驾游途中住一晚来说，这个酒店非常不错。
可怕的地方。
我不建议任何人呆在那里。服务差，早餐几乎没有，环境恶劣。床和淋浴都很好。
