Our resort is designed to provide a peaceful and private beachfront retreat, away from busy city areas. While many guests appreciate this tranquil setting, we acknowledge that it may not align with every traveler’s preference, and we respect your perspective.We sincerely apologize for the long waiting time and the food quality you experienced at our restaurant. A 45-minute wait with incomplete orders, especially outside peak hours, is certainly below our service standards. May we kindly ask for the name of the restaurant concerned so we can investigate and improve our service?We are particularly sorry for the misunderstanding regarding our non-smoking policy. Please allow us to clarify that smoking is prohibited in guest rooms but balcony areas can smoke ut the door must be closed tightly, and there should be no odors inside the room. We sincerely apologize that this was not clearly communicated during check-in but that there room has a smoking signage on the balcony door and on the table in room.
