We booked this hotel weeks before we arrived. Hours before our booking, the receptionist decided to cancel our booking while we’re on our way to hotel. We had to find another hotel last minute. It was a terrible experience. Reception has a check in hour that ends at 01:00 a.m. They clearly don’t know how to run a hotel properly.
