Nice little hotel.
Nice hotel. We were going on a one day train ride with Potomac Eagle railroad in Romney, which was about a half an hour away. There weren’t a lot of hotels to choose from and we were kind of hesitant, but it turned out great. Very friendly staff & the rooms were clean. Bed was comfy! They had coffee and snacks available at all times. Breakfast was good too.

The hotel had a strange smell and the closer to rooms the smell was worse. Only spend one night so it was tolerable.

Very friendly staff! Hotel was clean and quiet with all amenities needed for our stay. Really liked this hotel and would definitely stay again!

I felt that the rooms were small. We had some bad neighbors that were very noisy. It wasn't a sketchy place. Other than our noisy neighbors it was a nice place in a very nice area.

Front Desk staff were VERY accommodating and provided us with a second floor room that was perfect. The beds and pillow assortment were quite nice as well. Will stay there again when in the area.

One night
We were only there for one night and were supposed to have a king room. When we got to our room the bed linens were in a pile on the window sill and there was mud all over the floor. So we went back to the check in desk. She gave us another room that was not a king room but it was clean. We did not complain as we were only there one night. The room was clean and that’s what we were more concerned with than the size of the bed. It was a double queen room. The check in clerk was extremely nice as we arrived 30 minutes before check in and she allowed us to check in which may have explained our room not being ready. Overall it was an enjoyable stay. Nice peaceful setting.
