dirty room, brown stain/spot on carpet, booger on the wall next to mirror, stained comforter, half of the mattress was just springs you practically hit the floor when you laid down. Cracked tiles in the bathroom, didn’t feel safe to brush my teeth there. Looked outside in the morning to someone digging through the trash. Horrible smell in the hall on the way to room. No elevator and felt very unsafe in the hotel and location it was at. Stayed there only one night out of our four day stay and only because we got in so late from the airport. Booked a different hotel that night and left the next day. Do not recommend staying here if you can avoid it do it at all costs.

Good variety of breakfast. Had some bean and cheese burritos and egg patties, a mini waffle maker. Rooms were cleane and staff was nice. Only complaint is the pool was closed for maintenance. Other than that would stay again. Really close to food options and the freeway

Rooms are not clean to any standard, carpets are filthy. Place smelled of ****. We left to get another room since someone was actively smoking this isn’t a place for your family.

Staff was super helpful when we asked for an early check in. When we got to the room it was decent enough. After a few hours our toilet stopped working. We went to the front desk reception to see if we could get it fixed as we were heading out for some lunch. The front desk lady was on the phone and a little dismissive. When we returned the toilet still wasn’t working.

It was doable, the mattress definitely needs an update, uncomfortable to say the least but the pool and spa were nice! They didn't have breakfast ready on time so we went elsewhere. There were an awful lot of unsavory people who hung around there around nine pm but they may have been guests...

Walls are thin and rooms are loud. The ac unit was so loud that it woke us up every time it came on but it was too warm not to use it. The room was clean but hallway smelled and beds were not comfortable. Breakfast was horrible.

We waited far too long to be checked in, several staff members walked past us and did not help. It seems like a lot of staff members family members just hang out all day out front of the hotel and in the lobby area. They were out of breakfast items when I came Before 9:30 when it closes at 10 because it seemed like most of their family was there to eat. The room had several damages cracks and wasn’t super clean. We got what we paid for I guess.

It was a comfortable stay, and the little problem we had (TV remote was not working), was quickly rectified.
