9月22日至24日,我们入住了泽文赫维伦酒店(Zevenheuvelen Hotel Groesbeek)的119号房间。除非身材娇小,否则无法使用这间客房的淋浴!淋浴门只能开很小的口,因为它紧贴着马桶。总开口有23厘米!即使是我的S码(!),我也得挤过门口。淋浴间本身还算干净,但我不认为这是客房服务造成的。我觉得更有可能的是,房客不使用它(或者不能使用它)。我通过电子邮件投诉了此事,得到的回复是他们之前没有收到过任何关于此事的投诉。当然,他们无法立即解决这个问题,但这家酒店已经开了好几年了,他们应该知道!他们应该做的是提前沟通,降低价格,或者干脆不租这个房间!我还想知道这是否是唯一一个淋浴难以使用或无法使用的房间。小贴士:预订时询问一下。附注:由于我们要过夜,所以我们没有时间搬到另一个房间。
We lived in a bungalow and it smelled extremely bad. It was cold and the heating elements made the smell worse. It smelled like an ashtray and mould. No wonder, because there was black mould in the shower. It was dirty, sticky, hairy, dusty, just plain filthy everywhere. After three nights we left early and got another hotel, because we felt sick, sore throats, running noses and headaches. Too bad, because the house looked nice and the surroundings were very good, but it couldn't make up for the risk of becoming sick and the bad smells.

The house we got had a very nasty smell. It was very cold and damp when we arrived and when we turned the heat on the smell got worse. It smelled like someone heavily smoking had lived there for a longer time. It also smelled of mould. Everything in the house was sticky and unclean. The pillows smelled nasty even though we got nice clean bedsheets.We complained at the lobby but nothing happens. After waking up at day three with sore throats and bad taste in our mouths we left even though we were supposed to stay a week. We are sure that the mould and damp conditions made us sick. Very sad, the house was nice and the surroundings where lovely but if it is so poorly maintained it should not be rented out.

Well, I saw the old reviews in relation to "dirty" / "Incompetent staff" and so on, the reviews are dated 2014....anno 2023...nothing changed. We stayed for 1 night and booked an Easter breakfast, apart from a couple of small chocolate eggs... The room was honnestly very dirty and noisy, at 03:00 in the morning our neighbours came home from a very cheerfull evening. Probably the ideal place for bachelor parties, if you re with the family .. avoid the place. In the morning problem was mentionned to the reception....very unprofessional attitude, hospitality business is something which is totally unknown to staff. 200 Euro a night, 15 euro breakfast are not worth the money, there are more than enough B&B in the neighboorhood or Van der Valk alternatives. Being a frequent traveller privately and business wise this hotel is probably in the top 3 of worst experience of the last 10 years.

由于没有接待处,电话和邮件都无法沟通。由于没有沟通,我把行李箱落在房间里了,因为我必须在奈梅亨四日行军最后一天早上8点前离开。我事先也没有收到任何关于退房的说明。入住手续是线上办理的。由于没有接待处或其他工作人员,我没法向任何人询问退房手续。我发了一封关于退房手续的电子邮件,却没有收到任何回复。我等了三天才拿回行李!我去过世界各地,但这家酒店真是糟糕透顶。我不推荐预订这家酒店。简直一团糟!

每年都会去泽文赫维伦度假村。幸好,之前的警告得到了重视。入住排队不长,房间也准备好了。家具、墙壁等有些磨损。Sanivit 提供了不错的项目。我建议提前预订。
环境优美、绿化安静。我们住的是一间宽敞的公寓,里面有一间又小又压抑的卧室,没有窗户,里面有两张可滑动分开的单人床。一个很大的漂亮淋浴间和厕所,还有做饭的机会。由于该地区有很多餐饮场所,酒店不提供午餐或晚餐。每人 17.50 欧元,你就可以享用一顿普通的早餐,没有什么额外的,而且种类也不丰富。我们一定会再次回来参观该地区。
