Comfortable but quiet. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I could not have asked for anything better.

The Staff and the hotel are excellent.
It’s a shame that the pool is not open and that is quite common with hotels these days. Having pool, sauna, steam room facilities and being partially closed

Our tour stayed here for one night. The rooms and grounds are fine. The best thing is the view overlooking the valley. It's a short taxi ride into town. The free breakfast was ok. There is a nice bar/lounge area.

Everything was great, only, we couldn’t sleep all night because of the dry air/heat.
Not their fault, we weren’t prepared.
Internet is pretty slow (upload) if that matters to you, in the mountains :)
Otherwise, breakfast was incredible and the staff very friendly!
我们入住了两晚，价格与设施完全不符。房间不干净，浴室里的浴缸没有玻璃或浴帘，导致水漫出来，淋浴底座还会把水溅到外面！灯光很少，浴室很暗。隔音效果很差，我们能听到周围所有人的声音。壁炉简直是个笑话，他们说有壁炉，但实际上里面装的是一种腐蚀性液体，燃烧时气味难闻，让人不得不关掉！酒店外观维护得很差，油漆褪色，栏杆剥落，房间的窗户上满是盐渍。他们提供的免费土耳其浴和桑拿，说得通吗？其实根本不是那么回事！最后，唯一值得称道的是早餐和法式吐司（自助餐台的服务员和早上在前台的女士都很棒）。
首先他们把我们安排在一个房间里，浴室地板上有两个洞，里面有黑水。我们要求接待处派一名员工去看看发生了什么事，他非常粗鲁，告诉我们这没什么大不了的，他不会做任何事情。我们去了接待处，解释了几次后他们给我们换了房间。晚上，我们去酒店的酒吧点了一杯酒，喝我们收到的作为礼物的葡萄酒。领班到达时尖叫着说我们喝不是在酒吧买的酒是荒谬的。我试图解释说我们是客人，要从酒吧消费更多的东西，但他一直喊叫说我们不应该在那里打开瓶子。然后他让一位女服务员看守，好像我们要无视他的喊叫，在酒吧打开瓶子，从瓶子里喝水！我和我妈妈还有我妈妈的朋友们在一起，他们都60岁了！最后，他让厨师来找我们，说希腊有一条法律，不允许任何人喝任何不是在酒吧买的东西！但这个法则是在领班大喊之后才出现的，毫无礼貌！显然这是一个谎言。但我们就离开了，因为在度假时我不必与我付钱的酒店的员工争论。无论如何，逃吧！非常粗鲁的员工，以最糟糕的方式对待客人！
酒店很棒，早餐种类也很丰富，但我更想重点表扬一下热情友好的员工。前台的迪米特拉真是个了不起的女孩，当我们发烧需要维生素和药物时，她一直守在我们身边，帮我们拿来了所有需要的东西。你很难在其他任何地方看到如此贴心的服务。她工作能力强，人品也好。
