We had a wonderful stay! Anna at the front desk was so kind and helpful, which made us feel very welcome. The property and rooms are well maintained, and the pool area is lovely. It’s only a short 5–6 minute walk to the main bus stop and the village, which was super convenient. The gentleman who takes care of the breakfast area was also very kind and friendly — and the breakfast spread was amazing! Would definitely stay here again.

Our room was so spacious and clean. Parking was easy and breakfast was great. The only thing was we booked a premium room with courtyard view but got a view overlooking the street. We ask if it was correct and apparently if its not pool view, everything else was courtyard view. Not an issue and we had a great stay.

Sadly we only ended up spending one night here as our ferries were delayed from weather but this was a great spot. Room was nice, pool looked great, and quite a large selection buffet breakfast was included. Hotel is in a great location and walkable to everything. Will definitely be back!

Clean room, helpful staff, sparkling clean pool, comfortable loungers. Breakfast wasn’t amazing but there was a good variety to choose from.

Stayed here for 5days. Place was overall pretty good. The rooms are nothing special. Much smaller than what photos show. Ac unit leaked water twice during the night. Had to put a bucket. Other than that pretty nice relaxing stay

我们乘坐晚班飞机抵达酒店，兴奋地入住带按摩浴缸的高级客房，开始我们的蜜月之旅。我提前 6 个月预订了房间，当时要求使用室外按摩浴缸，但在办理入住手续时被告知他们没有，我们只能使用室内按摩浴缸。起初看起来还不错，但我们很快注意到房间里有氯气的味道，更糟糕的是，潮湿的空气让所有东西都感觉湿漉漉的。床单、毛巾，甚至墙壁和镜子上都有冷凝水。我们告诉前台我们感觉不舒服，问是否可以换房间，换到任何其他楼层的房间。他们告诉我没有空房。我告诉他们床单和毛巾都湿了，他们说“明天上午 11 点到前台来，我们看看能不能做些什么，但今晚我们什么也做不了。”即使这位员工不能换房间，他至少也可以给我们提供一些干床单。他什么也没做，只是建议我们睡在湿床上，第二天早上再来。他反复告诉我，酒店已经订满了，所以我们不能搬走，但我看到网上有好几排钥匙和许多房间可以预订，所以他只是在撒谎。当我们告诉他们我们要去另一家酒店时，他神奇地找到了一间空房给我们。结果，我们在路边找到了一家漂亮的酒店，一位可爱的女士在晚上 11 点帮我们办理了入住手续，因为 Zefi 的服务实在太糟糕了。
