I was impressed by the great service when booking, a very competitive rate for the accessible unit which was spacious with the bathroom suitable for a wheelchair. The bed was comfortable plus the perfect height. We would most definitely stay again.

We found BK's Chardonnay in Masterton accommodation overpriced for what you get at $209/night. The room is small, dark and tired. The fridge hummed loudly all night, the bed was very uncomfortable and the window coverings didn't keep out the light. For a couple we were only given 2x teabags to last us our whole stay. There was street noise from both sides of the facility. The only saving grace, was the friendly staff, and the well appointed bathroom facilities that included a spacious spa bath (maybe that is what the cost was for??). We won't be staying there again!

Nice hotel with clean spacious rooms but our room backed onto the main road so it was really noisy. We were suggested to keep all windows closed to stop cigarette smoke from smokers drifting into the rooms and to keep the traffic noise down but that wasn't really possible in the hot weather. The smoking was pretty bad and unpleasant as it filled the rooms quickly. Otherwise, everything was clean and comfortable.
