Showed up for the reserved room only to find the hotel was completely shut down. I called OYO to report the issue. They told me to wait at the property until someone showed up to let me in. The only problem with that was, the place was closed due to remodeling. I asked for a refund since the place was closed. I didn't receive a response until Monday saying the reservation was non refundable. I don't feel this is fair since it was not my fault the hotel was not open.

I paid $131 in a reservation when I arrived at the property the property was under construction and there was no one to check me in. I ended up having to sleep in my car. Customer service on the phone was horrid and I was denied a refund despite the fact that I never got to stay in the room that I reserved. Seems very scamming to me.

My room was clean. Everything needed updating but it was serviceable for 1 night. You get what you pay for obviously.

Never got my deposit back and there were bugs on the beds. My kids had bites all over them and they still won't give me my deposit back.

The outside is ran down and not very inviting but some effort was put into the design of the room. Three beds?! This worked out super great and even better for the price. I will recommend and stay again if ever needed. Man a t check in was down to earth and patient and understanding of our situation. Made for quick easy check in.

Ever wanna go somewhere and feel like you’re in a nightmare this is it! The place is filthy , old disgusting furniture , a crack under the door a midget could fit through with the strongest smell of mold this side of the Mississippi River. Staff was rude and nosy. Just a waste of money . Don’t go here your better off sleeping under the bridge
