Great location, in the heart of the entrance, pose to shops, public transport, cafes & restaurants, pubs & clubs in walking distance same with the beach, markets right out at the back on Sundays too. Atmosphere was clean and hygienic, showers were hit and working, kinda new from renovating, beds were comfortable(can improvise privacy more with sheet provided), it’s quiet and peaceful within the dorm. Great big clean kitchen with plenty of utilities. Free pancakes on a day too. Food Storage space kinda limited, but that’s understandable. Big Parking area right behind the venue with surveillance. Not many charging docks within the dorm, but there plenty of plug points around. The overall value was alright, considering it’s the only backpackers on the central coast. The people seemed friendly and keep to themselves, with some positive chit chat. The staff were alright too. Overall I give it a 9. Would recommend. Cheers Andrew. 35 Australian male.

T who runs the place is the most helpful knowledgeable person you'll come across. Makes you feel so welcome, nothing is a problem. Great facilities, it's like a house, as in it's got all you might need. I have had a most enjoyable stay. I wish them some busyness because they deserve it. Just not when I come back to stay (from Christchurch) lol. All the best, if I'm ever in the area I'm staying here again!

Everything was okay but only the floor carpet in girls room I think they need to put on the timber floor it will be better than the carpet .and no parking for customer it’s very hard to get a parking

真正温馨的氛围，优秀的员工，可满足您的一切需求。免费洗衣服务，台球桌/公共休息室大小合适。有足够的空间存放食物和烤箱、微波炉、烤面包机和炉灶供烹饪。房间很宽敞，有大储物柜，宿舍里不准吃东西或喝饮料，这是一条很好的规定。安全可靠，所以肯定会推荐给任何路过的人，因为价格非常合理，特别是如果您是双人或更大的团体前来。
