Friendly staff, very accommodating, clean rooms, easy beach access. I always appreciate a coffee pot, microwave and mini fridge. This is a roadside motel, which met my needs.

I accidentally checked into a non-view room and had a short window to get down to the beach before sunset. There was no way to upgrade the room, except going through ******* and waiting for more time than I had , even though the hotel was mostly vacant. It was very disappointing.

Room was great. Smelled & looked clean. Had all the amenities we could ask for . Staff very knowledgeable and their dinner restaurant suggestion was spot on.

Easy parking. However, if you choose to pay the the property, this hotel does not honor that. Come to find out, they charge your card days before your arrival and make it near impossible to refund that if you planned to pay with another card. Rather shady business practice.

The room was very clean and the bed was soft and comfortable. The idea of a throwback motel style lodging was cute. In reality, the walls are thin and we could hear our neighboring room’s occupants each time they used their bathroom. The door had air leaking around it and made for a chilly and damp feeling room. While the property faces the ocean with nothing blocking it, there is a wide expanse of grass before the beach area and the ocean sounds are too far away to really hear them. Also, the beach area is a very narrow ***** of sand against a tall cliff. The front desk clerks were very friendly and were an asset to the company but we wouldn’t choose to stay again.

My room was very nice in all respects. The location of this property is really good. I stayed in late October for a week, tourist off-season. Relaxed and quiet setting, the sea outside the window. Big skylight in the bathroom in my room 16. I would definitely come back.

Comfortable stay, checked every box for me. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great coffee and doughnuts in lobby. Great location, easy in and easy out. Not a fancy place, but exceeded my expectaions.

Upon arrival we waited a bit for someone to show up at the front desk. When he did, he was very friendly and even upgraded us to an ocean view room. The room was clean, quaint, dated but mostly in working order. Much of the metal had a fair amount of rust. The sound of the ocean (and for us, the RAIN) was present and welcome with the window open. So thankful the windows had screens! If weather had permitted we would have definitely availed ourselves of the fire pit and bench overlooking the ocean. It was a great value for what we paid and we’d stay again.

The room was super clean and nicely decorated. Comfy plush bedding, cute cozy and neat decor, proximity to the gorgeous beach, friendliness of the staff..it was the best motel experience ever. Frankly, it was better than most higher end hotel experiences. I highly recommend and I would seek out this motel to stay at next time I need to stay in the area.
