Worst of our 8 hotel stays and the most expensive. The room had such a strong cleaner smell that it hurt our eyes. The room was clean but not in the best of shape with rips in the carpet and water spots or cracks in the ceiling. We had no access to ice that we know of, and got no help from the staff where we should eat in town.

Extremely overpriced room, even given they foliage season. About twice what I would expect to pay for a simple motel room. And it wasn’t even a great room. Didn’t feel clean, the tiled bathroom and shower are original and in desperate need of an upgrade. Missing tiles, etc… The bedside lamps are all loose and wobbly. They were also unplugged because previous occupant wanted to charge their phone - there are only, I think, two outlets in the room. both lamps plug into a power ***** that dangles behind the bed because it’s too short. I asked the guy at the desk about it before plugging the lights back in and turning the power ***** on and he said not to worry, everything works fine, previous renter unplugged it, etc. No apparent concern for things being out of order - or for the safety risk of lamps that are loose and wobbly. Looking online, there seemed to be one room left, and nobody else in the area had anything. I didn’t actually ask at the desk, but the No Vacancy sign was not lit and the parking did not fill up as you would expect for a full motel. Was there really only one room left…? I will not stay here again.

Looks like they are closed. We had a reservation for an upcoming trip and just received a voice message that they are were closing as of 10/15/24... leaving us in a situation looking for another place to book. You would think they would know they were closing...

This was a decent roadside stop for the price on a long journey . A quick in and out . The Room looked updated although there were a few stains on the rug. The check in was easy and they even called the day before I arrived to confirm my arrival. Staff was friendly. Its not glamorous. Its what you went from a budget hotel when you need an affordable place to stay off the highway

Clean room, fridge and coffee maker, clean bathroom, a shower that works well, air conditioning that seems underpowered. I got a room on a week’s notice and ended up switching nights, which was easy to do. But I wish I’d searched again for other places with availability. The place was almost empty and I think it’s because it’s overpriced and a little out of the way. I paid $144 per night and saw before arriving that the price had dropped to $114 per night and the property was not able to adjust what I had already paid. If you can get it for $100 per night you will get what you paid for. If you paid over $140 like I did then you will wonder why you ended up there instead of someplace that is actually worth that higher rate. I stayed elsewhere in Vermont for $150 per night. It was leaps and bounds nicer than this place.

Great place to stop for the night and at a reasonable price. Air conditioning was nice. Everything is clean and well kept. If you need somewhere to stay while you’re traveling or something like that it’s worth it to book in advance. Be sure to tip housekeeping.

Check out was difficult because the hotel staff was not on duty. I was notified of this at check in and I requested a check out receipt be sent to my email address. The email was on file. I called twice (2) times to receive an email sent to email

The receptionist said they could not get a hold of me to tell me they had flooding and had to cancel my reservations. I stayed at eight other hotels during a ten day trip. One of them contacted me because the office was closing and wanted to tell me they would put a key in a drop box. I used the same service to book the hotel. It still showed the booking was confirmed on priceline. They said they had to cancel the reservations through priceline and had a room available. The room was not cancelled thru priceline and it took me over a week to get my money back thru priceline. This was them most expensive motel we stayed in and the AC did not cool the room down. Did not sleep very good. They have a few hotels and you I had to check in at the main hotel which I did not know. Found out over the phone. It had no breakfast, not a big deal. Room was ok. Just needed a new AC.

If you have any other choice do not stay here! Rooms are very outdated with uncomfortable beds. Very over-priced for what you get. No breakfast or amenities were offered and you have to register off-site at a different hotel

The was mold in the bathrrom. The coffee pot had mold growinng in it. The sliding glass door had mold on it. Multiple holes throught the siding. Wooden walkways were rotten with multiple trip hazards. The room reeked of stale urine, probably from all the animals living in it
