Even for simple relaxation, the room was unsuitable, as the chairs were very uncomfortable. • During my four-day stay, I could not use the jacuzzi or the pool, as the space was too small and always crowded. Positive aspects: • The service staff (except at the reception) were very polite. • Breakfasts were tasty, balanced, and nicely presented. Overall: The establishment has potential, but the service and conditions do not meet the expectations of a spa holiday.

When I visited one of the most popular pace in Ukraine, Truskavets we stayed in Hygina Spa Hotel. First when we go to hotel we can't imagine if it's hotel because the building couldn't been seen but after open the door we came across very beautiful place and nice ambiance. There's nice pool with stones and plants. You can relax here. Sauna, salt room and the lobby are the best I have ever seen. But the most important thing is it's very clean and staff is everywhere. Everything is very simple made wooden. Staff is very kindly and helpful. İt's a bed and breakfast hotel but they support also dessert and dinner. Their food is amazing and delicious. Thanks for everything. I think I'll come back again.
订了酒店过年啦！一间客房每晚的费用为 3600 乌克兰格里夫纳（三人），一顿年夜饭的费用为 5500 乌克兰格里夫纳。预付款 - 50%，如果条件不适合您，则不予退还。酒店入口让人想起“Hashchi”，周围都是垃圾，散发着恶臭，没有路面。下雨天根本没法走路，泥泞不堪！酒店是一个集尘器，不舒适，肮脏，奇特。没有适合残疾人士使用的设施。价格包括早餐。我注意到，不是自助餐，而是盘子里的三个鸡蛋和生菜混合在一起。而且1月1日没有早餐，没有提前告知，房价也保持不变。除夕夜，热菜2点就出来了，人均5500。 11人份2份Olivier，酒很便宜，餐桌上根本无法转身，没有足够的空间，满是灰尘的花盆，头顶上挂着人造花。房间里的毛巾三天换一次，没有地方晾干，浴室很小，有臭味，而且经常被水淹没。房间没有冰箱、保险箱、饮用水、镜子或普通衣柜。床铺在托盘上，就像睡在地板上一样。我们还是不明白为什么名字里有“SPA”这个词，一个绿色的小水池，一个按摩浴缸和一个桑拿房，连四个人都容纳不下。水疗中心的一切都非常危险，锋利的石头到处都是。我不推荐它，工作人员说话就好像我正在访问一样，而且我没有为我的住宿支付像样的钱。
