Our third stay at this wonderful hotel. We saw many of the same waiters and some returning guests too. Fantastic food from the stunning breakfast buffet to the excellent dinner not to mention the cocktails! Lovely relaxed yet elegant atmosphere, great rooms and pool area. Can't fault it!

What a shame that one element of this hotel really lets it down (reception). There are fabulous facilities- the bar and restaurant are wonderful with great food, really helpful and friendly waiters who make you feel special. The wellness area is beautiful and really well equipped. A great ski boot room. However our experience of the rude and dismissive reception (male) staff mean we won’t be returning.

This is just outstanding throughout. Lovely and attentive staff, (thanks to Zoltan, Andras and Daniel- and sorry if we left some of you out) great bar staff and a proper sommelier. Not to mention Nora and Patrick at the reception - just brilliant The rooms are full of thoughtful and nice touches and the entire place is just great. The location is just splendid. The attention to detail and the hard working staff makes this pretty and well equipped hotel really worthy that extra 5th *. Amazing times, thank you all. Highly recommended - and sadly or happily we travel a lot.

Excellent stay for annual ski trip with friends. Great location, two minutes from the Obergurgl lift station. Brilliant level of service, all round friendliness and high quality service. Excellent breakfast and dinner options and they even managed to find the rugby on the tv when the local sports bar turned out to be closed.

最令人惊喜的住宿体验！丹尼尔是最令人难以置信的主人，满足我们的每一个需求。我有过敏症，这个假期不用担心，有丹尼尔照顾我。丹尼尔以及团队的其他成员，包括塞缪尔、诺拉、马克、兹桑内特、维多利亚、格戈、大卫，都非常出色。
又是一个最美妙的假期。我们非常感谢丹尼尔和他的团队对我们的如此照顾。我们明年会回来，我们迫不及待地想再次见到丹尼尔和团队。食物总是令人难以置信，服务也令人难以置信。谢谢古格霍夫！！
超级接待，工作人员解释清楚。代客泊车，行李被带到房间。餐厅提供优质服务（来自匈牙利的 Marcell）。房间没有大惊小怪和宽敞的浴室。到电梯的距离约为 300 米，但可以控制。健康很好但没有使用。还有一个有现场音乐的娱乐之夜！
