酒店回复: l attribution des étoiles est règlementé , cela ce fait tous les 5 ans par des organismes privés via atout France ; le notre date de mai 2023! désolé pour cette odeur d humidité nous allons vérifier le problème . quand a votre discrimination a l égard du personnel, c est inadmissible , tout notre personnel est dans l établissement entre 6 et 18 ans , sauf nos stagiaires écoles , qui cette année viennent du Népal pour parfaire leur cursus scolaire , car nous avons en France une image d excellence !
酒店回复: la chambre grenier fait 25 mètre carré ! avec un plafond a 2m20 ! a votre arrivé , car chez Logis nous accompagnons tous nos clients en chambre pour vérifier que tout vous satisfait , ce qui était parfait dans le cas citer , vous aviez réserver 2 nuits qui aurait du vous être facturer , vous n avez paye qu une seule , donc merci pour notre sens commerciale , tout votre commentaire est erroné , cette chambre est en photo sur notre site , comme toutes d ailleurs , nous n avons rien a dissimulé ! il n y rien a ajouter et nous ne pouvons rien faire pour vous ! excellente journée
Nearly €100 euros to come home underwhelmed and hungry, starter revolting couldn’t eat that white horror. Main course nice but certainly not exceptional and barely any of it. Desert 3 strawberries, 3 raspberries and a few coin sized things. Obviously one punnet of each does the whole restaurant with some over. Hate paying for food I could have made but much better, I don’t like big portions but this was ridiculous, I skipped lunch as we were going out! Won’t be going back. I have eaten there before never been that impressed but never again. I was woken all night with a rumbling tummy, I was so hungry by 6 had to get up to eat.

避免在没有书面确认（电子邮件等）的情况下通过电话预订。我们预订了8月8日至13日的五晚空调三人间。令我们大吃一惊的是，房间里只有一个风扇，而且吹着热风。在那样的房间里根本睡不着，我们当时还在热浪中！酒店不愿意换房间。我们不得不在最后一刻取消预订，另寻住处。假期的头几天就被这个骗局毁了：你付了钱订了空调房，结果却只收到一个吹着热风的风扇！
这家三星级酒店肯定有好几年历史了。房间很旧。潮湿和霉味扑鼻而来，尽管通风良好，但味道依然挥之不去。我们要求换房。我们从一间带大浴室的房间换到了另一间不再有异味的房间，但淋浴间很简约，配有粉碎式马桶，装修也做了些许调整（地板和接缝需要改进）。所有房间的价格都和另一间一样，都是92欧元。考虑到房间的质量，这个价格有点夸张。除此之外，食物还不错，但女服务员不会说法语。总之，我们对这次住宿非常失望，庆幸只住了一晚。
