Bedding was clean and we were too exhausted from travel to notice the rest until too late for our one night stay. There was no one at check-in for a couple of minutes. I felt unwelcome and afraid to try to find them for issues. Dirty bathtub, walls & ceiling in disrepair, nasty microwave with food debris. Ancient equipment. It’s like they didn’t even try to make it tolerable.

Absolutely horrible. Was up for 3 hours in the middle of the night due to a drunk guy outside our room, called the front desk 3 times and they did nothing. Finally we had to call the cops. This hotel obviously doesn’t care about their guests

Small rooms, great value.

For the price they charge if you just need a place to sleep for the night, the room was clean and I really appreciated that the windows opened and there was an exhaust fan in the bathroom. There was a nice refrigerator and microwave and the television had many channels. It is an old building and is in desperate need of updating. The room was the smallest hotel room I've ever been in, but it worked for a place to sleep and the price was right. The front desk was accommodating. The neighborhood seemed very safe. Just be aware it's very old and run down.

Unsafe, uncaring staff

Property was not clean and the room next door had a kicked in door. Front desk agent had no sympathy for this and said "oh, a guest couldn't get in their door" thinking this was an adequate explanation. As a solo older woman traveling, I immediately left the property and spent $260 at Natural Bridge Hotel to be in a safe location. There was no way I was going to spend another moment in this unsafe, unclean property.

The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the condition of the property itself made for a very poor experience. The water had such a bad taste that I drove across the street to buy bottled water. There were plumbing issues, with drains—including the shower—backing up. The bed required some repair when we arrived, though it was comfortable after we fixed it. One of the room doors had a large hole in it, which looked like it had been kicked in. Weeks later, we drove by again and noticed the same door still hadn’t been repaired, leaving a gap large enough for animals to get in. I feel bad leaving this review because the staff were wonderful, but I would not stay here again.

I could not say anything bad about this property. The only disadvantage is no ice machine, and after 11pm there are no stores open in the area, next store would be 11 miles.

When I got to the motel there was a sign saying they would be back in a half hour. When someone returned I was sent to a completely different motel a mile down the road. So the room was not as pictured. Bait and switch. The room was dirty. The shower was covered in hair and the toilet stained. Obviously hadn’t been cleaned well before I got there.
