Exceptional boutique hotel for relax, retreat, vacations. Provides everything you need - great service, comfortable and stylish accomodation, green vast garden with pool and fabulous breakfast. Also cuisine at the reataurant is great and worth to try. The hotel Staff is very helpful, open for couples, families and dogs. We've spent here a wonderful week and it will be a great pleasure to come back in the future.

The place is beautiful as such however, service is terrible - not a smile nor a hello. Food is not at the level expected and our room was dated. Our shower drains very slowly and the fridge was not cold. We asked for it to be fixed...no news. Apart from the location which is beautiful, this hotel is not worth four stars given the total lack of service.

Spend there 3 beautifull days. Sun, pool and peace, what more do you need. Perfect little butique hotel you will enjoy. Afternoons at pool they bring every guest plate of fresh fruits. Breakfast was so good. So much to choose from. We had a amazing dinner at their restaurant at hotel. They have the largest amount selections of wine. Room was nice, cozy and bed was great. Can't wait next year to come again. And our dog had a great time with us there.

Just to clarify, this review is not about the hotel stay, but about the restaurant experience, which I do not recommend at all. What was supposed to be the culinary highlight of our trip in Istra ended in a complete and very expensive disappointment. Even if I wanted to comment on every single dish we had I couldn't, because now, 4 days later, I don't even remember anything other than how bland the taste was. Not a single dish left an impression, the food was very flavorless and uninspired, the quantities were not well thought out and not even the waiters engaged with us (my partner doesn't speak Croatian and everything was explained to us in a very basic vocabulary). In the end they didn't even ask us if everything was ok, which is also one of the reasons I am leaving this review. To conclude, the food was not bad and we did not go home hungry, but it was very, very far from the advertised Michelin experience. Also, this is not a Michelin star restaurant, but a Michelin guide restaurant, which although also inexplicable to us, is a different thing.
早餐很棒，但午餐或晚餐需要提前很久预订，因为也有很多外来客人。入住时的欢迎服务不太好，我们只是拿到了钥匙并被带到房间，但没有人告诉我们早餐时间、酒店周围有什么可玩的、泳池和桑拿在哪里等等。对于这种“遗产”酒店来说，这些都是应该提供的服务。我们住过全球200多家酒店，但这家的性价比很低。房间很旧，急需翻新，而且房间里所有的小洞里都会不断有蚂蚁爬出来。两个人的话，每晚最多值60-80欧元。

这是我们第五次入住这家位于乌马格上方的酒店及餐厅。这家家族经营了160多年，服务周到。田园诗般的泳池区和餐厅露台经过翻新，但保留了原有的风格。无论是服务员还是初级经理，每个人都非常细心周到，热情友好。我们的晚餐有鱼类开胃菜和羊肉菜肴，非常棒！我们一定会再来的！
非常好的小酒店。非常具有区域性并且维护得很好。房间虽小但漂亮干净。我喜欢这里的早餐，但我们只停留了很短的时间。如果你呆得更久，那就很清楚了。我想提几点：浴室的通风几乎不起作用，通风格栅肯定需要清洁。浴缸很高，老年人几乎不可能从浴缸/淋浴间出来。浴室里几乎没有存储空间，而且我们有很多蚊子，因为窗户上没有蚊帐。除此之外，这是一家非常好的浪漫酒店。
