The cleanliness of the room was lacking. I am very sensitive to allergies and as soon as I walked into the room, I was not feeling well.

Felt very ripped off. We paid $289 usd for an extremely basic and dated room. We weren’t expecting much but paying over $600 for a 2 night stay felt like a huge overcharge.

Beware! Not as good as it was 2 years ago
I have been staying at the Sandman for over 20 years and always loved the friendly service and comfortable rooms but this trip was NOTHING like that. I was unable to watch my tv for the first day and when i finally got someone to answer the front desk at 930 am on friday they looked very annoyed and said they werent open. We were charged almost 60% more for our room w/o a word when i checked in, room full of flies and bed was miserable! When i tried to sleep on Saturday there was a maintace guy slamming metal around mad at what he was fixing. Bottom line, front desk associates seemed annoyed to help people, rooms horrible and over charged! The only bonus was the adorable cat thay greeted everyone. Sad to say after so long i dont know if i will stay there ever again..

Our reservation was cancelled and we were referred to another property. We had no choice but to take it and we had to pay more for it. Will be filing a complaint.

The room was clean and had some modern touches. The parking lot was really dark in spots and the motel sign was not lit up. They must have a contract with local companies because it seemed like almost all the rooms and parking spaces were full from those workers.

The toilets don’t flush. The staff are never available for needs. Had to go buy our own toilet paper. Super expensive for what you get.

Good price, average condition, a good location for those driving from the west to Glacier national park.

Very nice hotel, staff was eager to please us, very clean, in expected extras,. Rooms were large enough that we could have drinks and a movie with our friends without being too crowded. Would consider a return visit.

Check in was flawless, facility was what you would expect for the price charged. Other people in the property were good neighbours so we have no negative things to report.
