Fantastic location, beautiful balcony view, clean and comfortable room. We stayed over Christmas and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The self check in was really easy and convenient with clear instructions. Thank you

We stayed at the Torre Playa apartments for a week in September with friends. The apartments are very good, we had one with a sea view. Kitchen area is small with a toaster, kettle, fridge etc. but perfect for us as we didn't want to be cooking full meals. The beds were comfortable and the apartment cleaned daily . The staff were very friendly and the location to be perfect, right on the beach. We ate at the restaurant a couple of times and the service and food were excellent. Puerto de Pollenca is a lovely resort with a wide variety of restaurants, we loved the central square which had a buzz to it. Only downside was the resort sunbeds on the beach (which I presume are run by the council) which were very expensive ( 21 euros per day for 2 beds)

Friendly reception, Air conditioning and elevator working. It has to, because the stairs only have partial handrails. A seat for the bathtub and a step stool were provided. Stay was pleasant.
