A surprise birthday trip from my wife to Lee House and what a wonderful gift. Lee House is in an ideal location close to the town restaurants and the cliff railway to Lynmouth. Gregg and Jacqui ensured all our dietary requirements were met. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with some lovely touches, we stayed in the garden room with a patio area. On arrival we had a cream tea and sat outside to enjoy it. The breakfast is excellent plenty of choices for you to have. Lee House has private parking which is situated at the back of the house. Gregg is very knowledgeable on the local area and gave us tips on where to go. Jacqui is excellent cook and makes her own Jam and Marmalade. Thank you for looking after us for the stay. Highly recommended.

Gregg and Jacqui are so lovely and the atmosphere in their bed and breakfast is warm, peaceful and classy. They provided a wonderful breakfast and excellent recommendations for activities in Lynton and the around Exmoor National Park. The bed was comfortable, the facilities in the room were very good and the view from the balcony was so pretty. A wonderful stay - the best b and b of our trip!

Lee house was a wonderful place to stay. A very central location with shops / restaurants very nearby. The hospitality and care of the owners was exceptional and the B& B offered all we could have wished for and more!! We would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

We had a delicious cream tea when we arrived with scones and jam made by Jacqui. Our room was on the second floor and we stayed during a heatwave so the room was quite warm. But Jacqui and Gregg provided a fan which was very welcome. The bed was very comfortable . There was fresh milk and chilled water available in a fridge in the guest’s lounge. Delicious breakfast was cooked by Jacqui and there was a good choice . We enjoyed sampling some of Jacqui’s different marmalades and jams which you can buy. Gregg was a perfect host during breakfast and nothing was too much trouble. Next time we visit Lynton we will definitely stay at Lee House.
