The "baby toilet" in the room was a major inconvenience. Why have hotels installed such low toilets as the travelling population has aged? Television selection was pretty good. Breakfast had more options than many hotels.

A/C units were moldy in 3 seperate rooms.
A/C units are tough to get clean. They require lots of bleaching to get rid of that - usually in multiple applications. As well as regular(every week-2 weeks) cleaning of dust filter.

When we arrived to check-in, the front desk person just stared at me. No greeting or welcome. I had to say I was here to check-in before I got a response. Terrible first impression.

We had a great stay at Tomah Americinn. It was just what we needed after a good day of travel. Beds were firm showered were strong and breakfast was just right. AAAA+++++

Toilet was too low. Continued running too long. Had to remove cover and adjust ball!
TV never WORKED! Front desk person tried to fix. Also in the morning Caretaker tried. So I had a TV that couldn't be used!
Will not recommend for sure!

Nice get away
Great stay. We were riding the Sparta-Elroy bike path. The room was clean. Breakfast was delicious.

Lobby was very clean and tidy. Hotel room was outdated, very small bathroom. Could hear the next room flushing toilets and taking showers. No large bottles of shampoo or body wash attached to wall like we're used to; however small sample bottles are in room. Walmart is a stoplight away though. If you're one for high powered showers though, their water pressure is literally unheard of! Phenomenal!!! That alone is a 5!5

When I first got there and went to the check in desk, They had my paperwork laid out on their counter ready to go. No waiting. We were hoping for a ground floor room, but we were given a second story, no elevator. Not their fault, and they informed us that in the future we can call after making our reservations and tell them we need ground floor. We are both in our 60s and not the best shape so that will come in handy. The guy behind the desk did come running when he saw me coming down with bags and helped carry them. The breakfast was real good, just not any complaints on our part.
